The Riddet Institute is one of seven “Centres of Research Excellence” in New Zealand and the only one specialising in food and human nutrition. The Riddet Institute, as a “Centre of Research Excellence”, enjoys significant government funding for its research endeavours.
All new Omega-3 technologies developed by the Riddet Institute are commercialised by Speirs Nutritionals Ltd.
