Speirs Nutritionals Hi-Load 100 Omega-3 Emulsion is an ingredient that mixes well with a range of food products to achieve high loadings of EPA & DHA. The emulsion consists of fish oil microencapsulated in a complex of milk proteins, enabling the emulsion to be used in both liquid and baked food products. A high level of Omega-3 loading can be achieved in many food products without taste and smell implications, or without compromising shelf life.
